Lightning Path Workbook One (LPWKBK1)[1] is the introductory guide to the principles and practices of the Lightning Path (LP). It provides foundational knowledge and practical exercises to help individuals achieve and maintain a strong connection between their Spiritual Ego and Bodily Ego. The workbook is designed to expand understanding, prepare for sustained connection, and recognize and overcome obstacles to spiritual progress.

Workbook Goals

  1. Understand the nature of Connection between the Spiritual Ego and Bodily Ego.
  2. Know what you need to do to prepare and work towards achieving sustained Connection.
  3. Understand the six points of the Lightning Path Connection Framework.
