Disconnection Trigger
A Connection Cocoon is a protective, nurturing space you intentionally create in order to relax, de-stress, meditate, and engage in Connection Practice. Establishing a Connection Cocoon is a preparatory practice designed to support the initiation, maintenance, and deepening of connection with the Fabric of Consciousness. A well-constructed Connection Cocoon facilitates sustained connection by minimizing Disconnection Triggers and maximizing emotional, psychological, and physical safety.
