Health

The LP defines health as a state of complete physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. Full health is defined as the capacity for sustained alignment and connection, observable when biological, psychological, and social energies are primarily allocated toward growth rather than deficit repair and defense (for more, see Ego Modes).

Notes

The World Health Organization defines health as a "state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."[1] We take this a step further and include spiritual well-being, which we would conceive of as strong and persistent Connection, to the equation as well.
