CEFA (Energetic Field of Self-Conscious Forces) is a term used by Roberto Maucciarini to refer to "spirit."[1] The term is roughly syncretic with the LP term Spiritual Ego.

The CEFA is structured by universal divine principles like truth, equilibrium, freedom, justice...
The CEFA is self-conscious, but not inherently so. "Divine forces become self-conscious only when they integrate within the Field in a specific unitary configuration. Self-consciousness is not a property added from outside like a superficial accessory, but emerges from the particular organization of divine forces in the unitary field. It is as if the divine forces, diffused and impersonal in Reality, “become aware of themselves” when they reach a certain specific configuration. "

"The CEFA is not simply “conscious” as an animal that perceives its surrounding environment might be, but self-conscious: capable of recognizing itself, of knowing that it knows, of reflecting upon itself, of posing questions about its own nature and its relationship with Reality. This reflective self-consciousness represents the qualitative leap that distinguishes the CEFA, and by direct consequence the human being as well, from any other form of energetic organization.
It is basically just the soul
