Contemplative Practice

From The SpiritWiki

Contemplative Practice is a term used by Ken Wilber to refer to what, in LP Nomenclature, would be a Connection Practice. According to Wilber contemplative practices are rigorous methods for the exploration of "higher" states of consciousness. These methods have been developed over the centuries and are similar to scientific methods which allow for the rigorous exploration of physical realms. [1]
