Connection Capacity Development Worksheet

The Connection Capacity Development Worksheet is a self-assessment and planning tool designed to help individuals, educators, and healers evaluate and expand an individual’s capacity to safely host Connection with Consciousness. Grounded in the Lightning Path framework and aligned with the triadic principles of Right Environment, Right Action, and Right Thought, the worksheet offers a practical, accessible way to support the restoration of Connection Capacity following Toxic Socialization, trauma, or disconnection.

The worksheet provides reflective checklists and guided prompts across the three key domains of external environment, behavioral practice, and internal belief, helping users identify both strengths and obstacles on the path to Repair Mode, Growth Mode, and ultimately, sustained Connection Experience.
