Ego Modes
An Ego Mode is a mode of operation of the Bodily Ego. There are three ego modes, Growth Mode, Defense Mode, and Deficit Mode. A bodily ego may be said to operating in a specific mode when a significant portion of its energy is spent in operation in a specific mode.
