The Work

The Work is the essential process of Development, Healing (repair), and Connection (reconnection) necessary to undo the damage caused by Toxic Socialization, repair the Physical Unit, and restore full alignment with Highest Self.^[1] The goal of The Work is to bring the human Physical Unit into stable and enduring Growth Mode.

The Work is the Lightning Path term for the full-spectrum healing, repair, and reconnection process required to recover from the damage inflicted by Toxic Socialization. Toxic Socialization cracks and distorts the Physical Unit, inhibiting its ability to contain Consciousness and align with the Highest Self.

The Work involves healing the emotional, cognitive, psychological, physiological, and spiritual damage accumulated over a lifetime of systemic violence, neglect, chaos, indoctrination, and disconnection.

It is important to note that The Work does not purify or evolve the soul. Your Highest Self is already perfect. It is the damaged Physical Unit that must be healed and repaired in order to support sustained Connection.
