Vibration is back and forth oscillation. Vibration is what occurs when Consciousness enters into The Water. Vibration first occurred when Spirit (a.k.a. Consciousness) entered into The Water; vibration will continue to occur as long as Consciousness continues to enter into The Water.

Vibration consists of frequency (i.e. the rate of vibration), amplitude (i.e. the size of the oscillatory path), and quality. The quality of vibration is determined by the [Monad|monadic spark]] that instantiates the vibration.

As noted in The Book of Light Volume Two and Three, vibration is the foundation of Physical Creation. Physical creation grows from vibration like a crystal grows from a seed. The quality of the seed determines, along with Intent, the outcome.
