Exploitative Techniques

According to Ruyle,[1] exploitative techniques are the "precise instrumentalities through which economic surplus is pumped out of the direct producers: slavery, plunder, tribute, rent, taxation, usury, and various forms of unequal exchange."

Exploitatives techniques constitute one of three aspects of the Mode of Exploitation. Other aspects include the Mechanisms of Force and Ideological Institutions. [2]
