Dullness John Richards translation of the Sanskrit word tamas (तमस्), used in the Crest Jewel of Wisdom to indicate Normal Consciousness

Notes

तमस् is literally translated as mental darkness, illusion, darkness, ignorance, darkness of hell(!). Thus, dullness is perhaps not the best word here..
