World System
A World System is a globally scoped, planet-wide operating system. It consists of a Comprehensive Framework which provides the overarching intellectual/conceptual structure of a society, a Human Development Framework which is a framework devoted to understanding the human species and actuating full Human Potential, and the actual implementation of these frameworks in the Institutional Structures of society.
