Human potential may be broken into [[Individual Potential]] and [[Species Potential]].

Human potential consists of [[Actual Realization]], which is what an individual and a society is able to achieve, and [[Potential Realization]], what is possible.
Human Flourishing is the active process of actualizing [[Human Potential]]. While Human Potential represents the latent capacities within each individual, Human Flourishing is the lived expression of those capacities—a life of creativity, intelligence, connection, and empowerment.

Many individuals fail to flourish due to:

There is, of course, the important question of "What is full human potential?" That's hard to tell because the human species has never enjoyed an optimal environment. We've never had a society that has the capacity to meet all [[Seven Essential Needs]] and we've never had a society that prioritizes their satisfaction. Until we do, we can only speculate what's possible.

The phrase Human Flourishingis the process of fully developing, expressing, and embodying one's highest potential in all aspects of life—psychological, emotional, spiritual, creative, and social. It represents the unfolding of innate human capacities and the realization of a balanced, empowered, and authentic existence. Human Flourishing is the opposite of stagnation, suppression, and disconnection. It emerges when individuals and societies heal from Toxic Socialization, align with their authentic selves, and cultivate environments that support health, growth, healing, connection, and well-being.
