Attachment Analysis
Attachment Analysis (a.k.a. LP Attachment Analysys and LP Toxic Attachment Analysis) is a guided self-reflection exercise designed to help you identify, analyze, categorize, and clarify Toxic Attachments. Attachments analysis requires identification of the attachments (i.e. to sugar, sex, alcohol, running, shopping, money, etc.), categorization of the severity and toxicity of the attachment, and clarification of its sources.
