Notes

Chakra constriction usually occurs when an individual experiences negativity and pain as a consequence of chakra activation. For example, a child with an active voice chakra may express themselves in poetry. However, if an adult shames that child for their poetry, the resulting emotional and psychological pain may lead them to stop writing poetry, or to hide their efforts. This represents a constriction of chakra energies.
