The Basic Needs are the human needs that must be sufficiently satisfied if the individual is to grow healthy and whole.[1] Basic needs include the physiological, environmental, cognitive, emotional, and psychological needs. The basic needs are represented by the outer circle in the Circle of Seven Essential Needs.
