• (E) - Recognize that toxic environment and Toxic Socialization cause damage.
  • Complete a a Developmental Narrative
  • Repair and detoxify your ENVIRONMENT
• (A) - Address any addictions that have developed over the years as a consequence of toxic environments.
  • Conduct a Needs Analysis to determine unmet, thwarted needs
  • Conduct an Attachments Anaysis to identify any toxic attachments.
• (L) Stop lying to yourself and others.
• (I) Clear indoctrinated Wrong Thought
• (N) - Address unmet needs. Conduct a Needs Analysis
• Enter into Growth Mode
