The Work
At an individual level, The Work is the work of Healing and re-Connection necessitated by Toxic Socialization and The System which it supports.
Collectively, The Work is the work of Healing and re-connection the planet.
At a spiritual level, 'The Work is the work of creating a playground for Spirit. This Great Work requires, in this exact order, a) the evolution of planets capable of supporting advanced life, b) the evolution of a physical unit capable of containing consistently high levels of Consciousness, c) the evolution of advanced technological capacity capable of sustaining a large global population, and d) the development of advanced social, economic, and political forms capable of handling high levels of consciousness.
Notes
The importance of playground technology capable of supporting maximum levels of life and diversity should be self-evident.
The Great Work can be completed only when technology has advanced to the point where every single entity on the planet is safe, properly cared for, nurtured, and consequently aligned. When the evolution of the physical unit (completed long ago), the evolution of the technological substrate, and the evolution of utopian social organization have been completed, The Blindfold, which was installed to encourage human social and technological evolution, is removed and the planet "graduates."
It is important to note that, the Work is not an operation that we conduct on our souls. That is, the Work is not an alchemical work of soul purification nor is it an evolutionary march to individual advancement. Our souls, our monadic sparks, are already perfect and require no moral, evolutionary, or spiritual development whatsoever. The Work is the work of healing and reconnection.
It is also important to note that neither are the "good ones" raptured nor "silver seed" taken. There are no "chosen" ones, no special places, and no berth with a rear view of this planet exploding. Everybody works together and, when The Great Work is finally completed, everyone shares equally in the benefits that ensue.
