Red Ferrari is a metaphor used in Lightning Path Workbooks to describe the relationship between Consciousness and the Physical Unit. In this metaphor the physical body is compared to a red Ferrari and Consciousness is compared to the driver of that Ferrari. The metaphor is used to illustrate the important Lightning Path concepts of Alignment and Disjuncture
