The Upheaval is a dramatic, planet-wide progressive and (hopefully) peaceful revolution that occurs during Stage Five of a planet's evolutionary process.

Past trauma and ancestral fears of Debacle, exploited by The Family, suppress pressure to transform. Upheaval kicks into high gear as fears are cleared and individuals empower and transform.
