Spheres of Alignment are personal and collective life spaces within which an individual interested in Connection must achieve alignment. The general therapeutic/spiritual advice is to start at the personal sphere, with one's own self, and move into the family, social, work, community, work, and global spheres as healing occurs, confidence grows, and more people become available to connect with.
