The Great Invocation is an awakening, activation, and connection visualization created by Michael Sharp. This visualization encourages connection via the direct and effective activation of your body's energy system, specifically its seven major Chakras. The visualization also includes a global awakening and activation sequence.

To do the GI, simply meditate on the following animation. To draw the most benefit, put yourself in the picture. Picture yourself as the "enlightening" being in the middle, and picture your own energy and light spreading out from your now activated chakras into the world around you. For best effect, do bookmark this page and do it multiple times a day. Once you have memorized the visualization, it shouldn't take more than twenty seconds or so to run your mind through it.
