Realization of Self
The Realization of Self, i.e. the realization of of the existence of Spiritual Ego as distinct and separate from Bodily Ego], is an outcome. Sometimes, realization of self is accompanied by a sense of the dissolution, insignificance, or transient character of the Bodily Ego.
