The Sea

The Sea is a metaphorical representation of Consciousness.

More specifically, The Sea is a metaphorical representation of the vast creative potential of Consciousness.

In modern psychology an iceberg is often used to represent those parts of Consciousness that emerge into the awareness of The Body, and those parts that remain submerged "beneath the surface" so to speak. In these representations The Surface meniscus of The Sea is the border (a.k.a. The Blindfold or The Veil to Consciousness, imposed by by a fearful Body

The Sea, it must be noted, is filled with Water (i.e. Consciousness). Water is not The Sea.
