The Supreme (also the Supreme Spirit, the Supreme Lord) is a Hindu term for the Fabric of Consciousness. The goal of Hindu spiritual practice is re-Connection with the Supreme, often conceived as as uniting Atman with Brahman.
Yoga may be considered a spiritual technology developed and designed to facilitate re-Connection with Consciousness
