A Message Stream (a.k.a. Information Stream) is any pathway through which information passes from a source to a receiver. Message streams consist of a source, a conduit, and a receiver. A message source is always an individual writer. A message conduit can be a computer, a radio, a book, or any other "window" or "channel" through which information and meaning may be transmitted. A message receiver is any individual who is receiving, either consciously or unconsciously, the message that is passing through the conduit.

In order to avoid mis-Alignment, Disjuncture, dis-Connection, and even Pathology, the quality and intent of information streams must be discerned.
