Rules of Alignment are rules that you can follow to move yourself in the direction of Alignment with Consciousness. The three rules of alignment are
- Do not hurt yourself, because hurting yourself undermines your body’s ability to contain Consciousness
- Do not hurt others, because hurting others undermines their ability to contain Consciousness, and throws your own bodily ego out of alignment.
- Do what you came here to do. Find your life’s purpose, because you will not be aligned and expressing your highest Self until you do.
