The Mundaka Upanishad[1] is a Vedic Book of Emanation and basic Connection Manual.

The Mundaka Upanishad consists of three Mundakas (foundational joists or timbers, in Sanskrit), the first being concerned with providing some guidance on preparing the vessel for learning about Brahma (Preparation for the knowledge of Brahma), the second concerned with fundamental truths of Brahma (The Doctrine of Brahma-Atman), and the third providing guidance on how to get to knowledge of Brahma (The way to Brahma). The third includes some moral stipulations, some guidance on Connection Practice, all of which is not very valuable to modern sensibilities, I think
