A Metaperspective is an abstract term to describe a (usually) collective view of creation. Metaperspectives may be distinguished from Individual Perspectives by the fact that a metaperspective may be, and usually is, adopted by more than one person. The concept of metaperspectives is used to conceptualize and distinguish between multiple views of creation.

You can understand the nature of a metaperspective by considering the Playground Metaphor. In this metaphor, children playing in the playground have the Playground Perspective while adults supervising the play have the Parental Perspective. The Monitor Perspective and Playground Perspective are both metaperspectives on playground reality.

In the Book of Light Volume II - Water several metaperspectives are identified, including the Parental Perspective, the Playground Perspective. In addiction, three Fundamental Views of Creation are identified.
