They arise as a consequence of often stem from unprocessed guilt, shame, and fear that have been suppressed over time due to various avoidance mechanisms. When these emotions build up, they create barriers that hinder our ability to align with our Highest Self and process new emotional experiences healthily
They arise a consequence of Indoctrination and the seeding of an archetypal base that presents the universe as hostile and judgmental.
