Connection Capacity Development Worksheet

Connection Capacity is an individual’s ability to connect to Consciousness, also known in syncretic terms as the Higher Self, Authentic Self, Atman, or Godhead. On the Lightning Path, Connection Capacity refers specifically to the degree to which the physical, psychological, emotional, and social systems of the Physical Unit are aligned, regulated, and unobstructed, such that safe, sustained, and meaningful Connection Experiences become possible.
