The Orange Zone is part of a four-part rating system used in the LP Self Assessment process to assess the extent to which you have "work to do" to repair the damage caused by Toxic Socialization. The orange zone the zone of moderate damage and moderate concern. If your score is orange, there are specific issues which you need to address in order to improve your scores.
