The Seven Pillars of Authentic Spirituality are seven characteristics that all authentic spiritualities and religions should have. As outlined in the book Rocket Scientists' Guide to Authentic Spirituality, the seven pillars, authentic spiritualities need to be 1) Fruitful, 2) Grounded, 3) Embodied, 4) Empowering, 5) Responsible, 6) Accessible, and 7) Empirical. For a spirituality to be authentic, all pillars must be present.
