Outer Connection
Inner Connection involves conscious attunement to both (1)the authentic signals and needs of the physical and emotional self, the Spiritual Ego, often experienced as higher awareness, insight, presence, or guidance, and 3) wider aspects of the [[Fabric of Consciousness]. Inner connection is foundational to healing, integrity, and the development and actualization of a stable, healthy, authentic, and coherent Self
