The Yellow Zone is part of a four-part rating system used in the LP Self Assessment process to assess the extent to which you have "work to do" to repair the damage caused by Toxic Socialization. The yellow zone the zone of mild damage and mild concern. If your score is yellow, there are specific issues which you need to address in order to improve your scores.
