Healthy fully functioning physical unit

"Ideally one wishes to manifest inside a fully developed, healthy, and fully functioning physical unit. Toxic Socialization and a violent and abusive system prevent proper development and damage the physical unit. Damage occurs to the PU through accidental or deliberate trauma, abuse, and neglect"

Hi Michael, I think this part needs more explanation regarding physical disabilities. Are you saying all birth defects are accidental trauma? What about genetic abnormalities? And you say, ideally one wants a fully functioning PU....I don't think that is always true. I imagine that some souls want an experience of life that is different from ideal and may accept a disability like physical blindness, hearing impairment, cerebral palsy etc. When these kinds of impairments occur, the body's systems are remarkably resilient and compensations and substitutions occur, there is much experience to be gained when living a life with physical impairments. I really feel that experience, and God's desire for experience trumps any " ideal" we have.

Yes, absolutely right. However, it states: Damage occurs to the PU through accidental or deliberate trauma, abuse, and neglect. I think that we wouldn't think of handicapped children (special children) as damaged. They are just the way they are. (Although some persons would surely be inclined to frame it like that.) Consider the following as ideas for the functions of the PU:

The PU provides the interface.

Everything that Spirit incarnates in provides modes of perception and expression. Be it an animal, a tree or crystals. Spirit needs an interface which enables reception and expression of information and which orders this information. We might state that a humanoid PU is a representative system. It is able to perceive some raw data of Ain Soph and put it together into a coalesced picture, which we either call sensation or perception.

Cosmological side note: The PU operates on a variety of fields on the Ain-density-spectrum. Ain-density-spectrum is a tentative proposal describing different aspects of the universe. The more dense Ain is, the more ephemereal the "physics" of the "particle" is. matter->vitality/identifier (plants)-> emotions -> thoughts. The more to the right of the spectrum, the more dense Ain is. The more ephemereal the subject matter is, the more reactive it is. If energy is Ain and matter is rarified energy, then it follows that matter is rarified Ain.

The PU provides automation. Automation may be divided into several subcategories:

  • survival/maintenance

- psychological maintenance

- emotional maintenance

- physical maintenance

- survival

- needs --> energetic maintenance (see needs site and also talk page for further info)

  • conditioning (without conditioning, archetypes couldn't be used for instance)
  • avoidance of Ennui, efficiency.

Note that by automizing something, less or no consciousness is needed to direct a process. This is incredibly useful out of several reasons.

First of all, you may avoid extreemly boring, onerous, or painful tasks. Tasks related to the creation of a suitable PU, tasks related to creation of sufficient energy (atlantis), or tasks that have been done a billion times before.

Second, it is often safer. From a survival perspective as well as from the perspective of ascension. a) Behavior gets possible only due to automation. b) behavioral fluctuations are low and may be predictibly controlled with suitable methods (archetypes).

The PU provides control.

Control may be divided into two subcategories.

a) direct control - controls the PU directly through the will of the RMC.

b) indirect control - mechanisms that allow for behavioral manipulation even in low CQ (absence of a large part of the RMC)

The PU has to be able to comprise higher consciousness. Furthermore, a bridge between the PU and the RMC need to be firmly establishable. Furthermore, a method for interruption of the connection is necessary. (fear)
