Nuclear Reaction

A Nuclear Reaction is an interaction between Nuclei and Energy that sometimes cases Nuclear Transmutation.
Nuclear Reaction occurs when the Orbital Integrity of an atomic nuclei is breached and reaction occurs that alters the Orbital Configuration of an atom.
Orbital Integrity may be breached either by releasing energy from the Nucleas through a process of Nuclear Decay or by using an outside source to add energy to the system. Outside energy may arrive from natural sources (e.g. Cosmic Rays) or it may be arrive as the result of human sources (such as particle colliders, atomic waste etc.).
