Dispensation

A dispensation occurs when despite the fact that you have formal responsibility for cleaning up some sort of mess you created, nevertheless some other consciousness steps in and takes over your atonement activities thereby alleviating you of the karmic responsibility to atone for your sins. This occurs only in those situations where you are overwhelmed by the enormity of the task and do not have the skills or ability to complete on your own or with help. Dispensations are freely given, but only for good reasons.
