Consciousness) entered into The Water; vibration will continue to occur as long as Consciousness continues to enter into [[The Water]]. 

Vibration consists of '''frequency''' (i.e. the rate of vibration), '''amplitude''' (i.e. the size of the oscillatory path), and quality. The quality of vibration is determined by the [Monad|monadic spark]] that instantiates the vibration. 

As noted in The Book of Light Volume Two and Three, vibration is the foundation of [[Physical Creation]]. Physical creation grows from vibration like a crystal grows from a seed. The quality of the seed determines, along with [[Intent]], the outcome.
