The T.O.P. (Train of Physicality) is a metaphor used to illustrate the interaction of Force/Yang and Formation//Yin on the paremeters of physical Creation (sharp, 2006). In the metaphor, the train is physical creation, the engine of the train is the Force that drives the train, and the tracks that the train run on are the Formative yin energies which control the direction of the TOP.
