Negative Visualization
Negative Visualization is the blocking out of ideas or images in the mind, as if pretending something doesn't exist necessary means it does not.
Notes
Negative visualization is an oxymoron, a contradiction in terms. That is, drawing blanks in your brain is the exact opposite of visualizing your desires.
As an example, people who believe in negative visualization believe that their mind to the realities of war, inequality, poverty, suffering, etc. means that eventually all these things will go away because we are no longer "giving energy" to them.
Negative visualization is something that is often sold as a potentially fruitful avenue of "activity." People are told that pretending something does not exist will lead to its non existence. This is not how creation works. Creation is an engaged and active process, always. Those who are engaged in active intent and visualization easily "trump" those who passively sit back and "attract," or who actively sit back and close their minds.
