Planetary Guide Network

A Planetary Guide Network (PGN) (see also Guide Network) is a group of dis-incorporated monads who have volunteered to oversee a planet's evolutionary and life processes. In the early stages of a planet's evolution they operate by guiding planetary live processes through the imposition of Force and Formation on physical matter. In later stages, when life forms capable of high CQ have developed, they operate, when needed, by providing wisdom, guidance, and direction to monads incarnated "on the ground."
