  • Ownership: Who legally owns the factories, land, and tools—whether private owners, shareholders, the state, or communal collectives.
  • Power Dynamics: How owners, managers, and workers interact and control the work environment, including the authority to hire, fire, and set conditions of employment.
  • Class Division: The social split between those who own the resources and accumulate and those who only sell their labour, constituting the fundamental antagonism of capitalist society.
