Allegory of the Bucket

The Allegory of the Bucket is an explanatory narrative used within the Lightning Path and Avatar.Global frameworks to illustrate the systemic and cumulative damage inflicted on individuals during Toxic Socialization. The Allegory depicts a child sitting contentedly in a sunlit field, symbolizing their original, undamaged, and connected state. This peace is repeatedly disrupted by smiling figures who dump buckets of toxic slop over the child's head. The smiling figures represent agents of Toxic Socialization, including parents, teachers, religious leaders, media, and other authority figures who, consciously or unconsciously, damage and diminish the child.
