Behavioural Framework

The Behavioural Framework (BF) is that part of the Institutional Framework that lays out what you should and shouldn’t do within the institution. These are the behaviors and routines expected from people involved in the institution. These behaviours and expectations are conveyed via norms, codes of conduct, and cultural expectations that guide the actions and interactions of individuals within the institution. It encompasses both formal policies and informal practices that influence employee behavior and organizational culture. The BF is part of a larger structure known as the Institutional Framework (IF). The IF consists of the Conceptual Framework, Administrative Framework, and Behavioural Framework.
