Connection Processing

Connection Processing refers to any emotional, cognitive, and research work an individual undertakes in order to process, understand, and ground the enlightenments and insights that derive from Connection and the Connection Experiences that ensue.

Connection procedures are one of the 3Ps of Connection Practice, the others being Connection Preparation and Connection Processing.

Jahn and Dunne provide a methodology for "tuning the filters," (Filter Tuning) opening up to and understanding information that flows during Connection Experiences. [1]
