Preparation refers to any work you do to heal your Bodily Ego and prepare yourself for connection. Lightning Path Curriculum is designed with healing and connection preparation in mind.
Procedures (a.k.a. as [wiki]Connection Techniques[/wiki])) include any processes and technique you engage in to facilitate and strengthen connection. This can include meditating in a monastery, going on a [wiki]Vision Quest[/wiki], practising [wiki]Raja Yoga[/wiki], praying with the intent to connect, ingesting psilocybin, practising mindfulness, going into a sweat lodge, and so on and so forth.
Processing refers to any cognitive and emotional work you do to help you understand and ground your [wiki]Connection Experience[/wiki].
