States of Consciousness Questonnaire

The States of Consciousness Questionnaire (SOCQ) is a self-report measure often used in research to assess changes in consciousness, including mystical or transcendent experiences. It was developed by researchers studying the effects of psychedelic substances and meditation on consciousness. The SOCQ includes a series of items or questions that participants respond to, indicating their experiences during these altered states.
