The book 'Create Your Personal Sacred Text by Bobbi Parish is an Connection Manual that uses writing, in particular, the construction of a personal sacred text, to encourage the expansion of Connection.. Parish discusses the importance of Intent to Awaken, discipline, focus, personal care, perseverance, flexibilities, openness to things outside our comfort zones, and the development of Receptive Seeking as a way to heal connection.[1]
