- (E) - Recognize that toxic environment and Toxic Socialization cause damage.
- Complete a a Developmental Narrative
- Repair and detoxify your ENVIRONMENT
- (A) - Address any addictions that have developed over the years as a consequence of toxic environments.
- Conduct a Needs Analysis to determine unmet, thwarted needs
- Conduct an Attachments Anaysis to identify any toxic attachments.
- (L) Stop lying to yourself and others.
- (I) Clear indoctrinated Wrong Thought
- (N) - Address unmet needs. Conduct a Needs Analysis
- Enter into Growth Mode
